A single, deep-dive session designed to bring clarity and evidence-Based tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) that you can use right away and will help you move through challenges with self-compassion and direction.
It is my aim that in even one session can create meaningful redirection and give you strategies to handle difficult thoughts, emotions, and decisions in daily life.

4 Therapy Sessions
90min + 3x 60min - 300 Eur

​A focused four-session process (1 × 90 min + 3 × 60 min) to create lasting shifts beyond immediate relief. We’ll identify your core values, understand recurring patterns, and practice the skills that help you respond to life with steadiness and kindness.
The goal is simple: by the end, you’ll have the insight and tools to keep growing independently — therapy that helps you no longer need therapy.

Meditation is Boring
21 Days - 165Eur

A 21-day self-paced program that helps you find presence and focus through short, practical lessons grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Each step brings gentle understanding to your mind and emotions, teaching you how to move through procrastination, restlessness, and self-criticism with self-compassion and clarity — so change feels human, not forced.
