In ACT, meaningful shifts don’t come from chasing insight alone, but from gently translating it into consistent, values-based action in everyday life.
*If after eight weeks you feel that nothing has shifted for you, we continue the work together without extra cost until it does.

ABOUT YOUR ACT THERAPIST
HELLO!
My name is Luciana Lopes and I’m the creator of Heart-Driven Healing, a space where psychology, mindfulness, and the wisdom of nature come together, with space to gently integrate plant medicine experiences into everyday life.
​My path did not begin in therapy rooms. It has been shaped by over 15 years of exploring the human mind, body, and spirit, working closely with individuals in deeply personal processes, and living across cultures while asking deeper questions about life. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and how its principles naturally integrate with my understanding of presence and emotions as messengers.

Much of my work today includes supporting people in integrating meaningful and often intense experiences, including those arising through plant medicine. Over time, I’ve come to see that change does not come from insight alone, but from how we relate to it and bring it into daily life with care and intention.

By learning to open, stay present, and move toward what truly matters, we begin to create a life that feels meaningful and aligned. Through evidence-based tools, grounded guidance, and deep respect for the complexity of being human, I support you in making sense of your experiences and translating them into lasting change.
