A steady container for meaningful and lasting change. This eight-week journey offers enough space to deeply understand your patterns, practice new ways of responding, and begin living more aligned with what matters to you. In ACT, meaningful shifts don’t require endless therapy, but consistent, values-based action. *If after eight weeks you feel that nothing has shifted for you, we continue the work together without extra cost until it does.

HELLO!
My name is Luciana Lopes and I'm the creator of Heart-Driven Healing, a space where psychology, mindfulness, and the wisdom of the nature meet!

My path did not begin in therapy rooms. It has been shaped by over 15 years of exploring human mind, body and spirit, guiding purpose-driven individuals, and living across cultures while asking the deeper questions of life. Along the way, I discovered the transformative power of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and how its principles could weave together with my own beliefs about the mind, nature, presence, and the role of emotions as messengers. I promise you one thing; my approach is different from most professionals out there. Here is why;

I believe our struggles are not signs of being broken or dysregulated. No, not at all. They are signs we are humans living under the Essential Law of Nature: Preserve Life! Our Emotions are invitations to reconnect with our bodies and values; by learning how to be open, be present and doing what ma​tters, we can create a meaningful & rich life! Through evidence-based tools, heart-centered guidance, and a deep respect for the beauty and complexity of being human, I bring this approach to life!
